Turn-of-century, hand tinted photographs of kimono-clad Japanese beauties are on view along with the vintage obi and kimono they might have worn as well as the antique baskets, paintbrushes and tea bowls they may have used. The historic ambiance of a time and place far from the here and now is apparent in many antique objects selected for their physical beauty and cultural function.
